Section 01
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Websvibe services. Customers must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, pay applicable invoices when due, and use services lawfully. The specifications, billing period and scope shown in an accepted order form part of the service agreement. Websvibe may restrict or suspend a service where continued operation creates a security, legal or network risk. Customers remain responsible for their content, applications, backups and end users unless a written service description states otherwise.
Section 02
Acceptable Usage Policy
Services must not be used for unlawful content, abuse, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging, malicious software, unauthorized access, network attacks, intellectual-property infringement or activity that threatens Websvibe systems, providers or other customers. Customers must respond promptly to abuse notices. Websvibe may investigate reported activity and take proportionate action necessary to protect its services and comply with law.
Section 03
Privacy Policy
Websvibe processes information needed to provide services, respond to enquiries, administer accounts, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Information should be collected only for stated purposes and protected with reasonable safeguards. Customers are responsible for privacy notices and lawful processing within websites or applications they host. Requests concerning personal information may be sent through the Contact Us page.
Section 04
DMCA and Copyright Policy
Rights holders may report claimed infringement with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, contact details, a good-faith statement and confirmation that the notice is accurate and authorized. Websvibe may request additional information, forward a valid notice to the customer, restrict disputed material where appropriate and process counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.
Section 05
Money-back and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and any refund request are governed by the service ordered, its billing terms and the terms presented at checkout. Fees paid to third parties, domain registration or renewal charges, certificates, licenses, setup work and usage-based charges may be non-refundable. Customers should request cancellation before renewal to avoid another billing period. This section requires business and legal approval before publication.
Section 06
Service Level and Availability
Websvibe works to maintain reliable service and respond to operational incidents. Maintenance, third-party networks, customer configurations, force majeure, abuse mitigation and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Any service credit or formal availability commitment applies only when explicitly included in the purchased service description or a signed agreement. This section requires business and legal approval before publication.
Section 07
Payments, Renewals and Gateways
Prices, currencies, taxes, billing periods and due dates are shown during ordering or on the invoice. Services may renew automatically where selected. Late or failed payments can result in suspension or termination, and reactivation may depend on payment of outstanding amounts. Payment providers process card or banking details under their own terms and privacy practices.
Section 08
Reseller Terms
A reseller remains responsible for customer communication, lawful marketing, account security, payment obligations and the actions of accounts or services created under the reseller relationship. Resellers may not misrepresent Websvibe, create unauthorized commitments, interfere with platform security or use the relationship for unlawful activity. Reseller-specific pricing, support boundaries and branding rights apply only when confirmed in writing.
